Surprised to see Paul Pogba wasn’t included. Is there really a need for five goalkeepers? Still, I haven’t been this excited in a United squad in some time. Such a young, raw and talented bunch. The passing and movement has been a joy to behold and I’m sure this will continue in Europe. We have a very navigable group it must be said. In Fergie we trust!

  2. Gibraltarian says:

Where is Pogba – the man Sneijder would have held back from progressing?

I am very happy wit what am seeing in manchester united we are truly the champions of england & to me we will be the champions of the world come 2012.

with this squad we will lift the trophy

  5. John Tring says:

The deadwoods and proven failures are there ( Gibson, Evans, Carrick, Park ). Yes, where’s Pogba? Not also in Prem Lge squad apparently. Anyone knows?? In any case, I don’t believe even the Old Man really believes Utd can do much in UCL this season. So, hope for some luck in the prem lge. We shall need a lot of it.

  6. Bob deacon says:

How is park in your list of deadwoods? Park would play a game at a high standard with your mother on his back..And at such a young age I fail to see how you can include Evans as a failure.. His best years are still ahead of him, not all players reach their full potential by 23..

@ John tring- do you actually support united!?
park is a consistent performer in big games, carrick seems 2 be the scapegoat for many united fans but fergie rates him & thats good enough for me, evans is still young & has alot of potential but i do agree on gibson hes crap & needs 2 go!
and calling fergie the old man, have some respect its SIR ALEX to you!
