Manchester United travel to the Santiago Bernabau in what is expected to be the tie of the round.

Domestically things are going well for United who extended their lead over Man City to 12 points at the weekend; however things aren’t so rosy in Madrid as Los Blancos remain in third spot – 16 points behind league leaders Barcelona and four points behind local rivals Atletico.

Manchester United and Real Madrid to put it simply, are footballing heavyweights. The two biggest clubs in the land full of history and tradition.

The great one is once again pitting his wits against the special one.
