David Moyes takes his United side to the Stadium of Light today aiming to avoid a third successive league defeat for the first time since the 2001/02 season.

With Rio Ferdinand and Anderson rumoured to be the two first team players left behind, Moyes will no doubt have a different starting eleven to the one that lost at Old Trafford to West Bromwich Albion last week.

Although United are currently in the bottom half of the table, a win against Sunderland – who are rooted to the foot of the Premier League could well provide the catalyst to get the Reds season well and truly on track.

Possible line up:

David De Gea, Chris Smalling, Jonny Evans, Nemanja Vidic, Patrice Evra, Michael Carrick, Marouane Fellaini, Shinji Kagawa, Nani, Wayne Rooney, RVP.

Do you agree? Who should United start with? How vital is the game today? Answers below in a semi orderly fashion please:

Moyes the best tactics for kagawa to shine in his real position as creative midfielder is 4-2-1-3.

    Ddg
    rafael,vidic,evans,evra
    carrick,fellaini(defensive midfielder)
    kagawa(creative attacking midfielder)
    nani or valencia,van persie,rooney.

Open your eyes moyes this is the best for kagawa. By this the attack will be strong and united score many goal and one goal for kagawa also.

once, try Nani and Zaha and bring Januj as a subtitute on the wings, why believe in Valencia all time, change happens. we will win. Kagawa has no physical ability.

I think United should play De gea,Rafeal,Vidic,Evans,Evra,Carrick,Fellaini,Nani,Rooney,VP,then,Kagawa,so,Zaha should give a chance, then,Cleverly,Januzag&Webeck, should from bench aswell.

David moyes, we knows that you did well and alots when you where in Everton but now that you are the choosen boss for man united things are not mooving majestically because you headed 7 matchs in premier league with 3 loosed and 1 draw, what is happening? Do you know that the substitution of kagawa and chicharito during man united against westbromwich Albion in old trafford is what caused the loosed? The two of them are playing fantastic football but substituted them and brings in fellaini and vanpersie and the most hourtest thing is that vanpersie came in and played almost 30 minutes with a poor performance. Please appropriate measure has to be taken to avoid a terrible pitfall. Up man united!!!
