The future’s bright…..

Unless you’ve been living on another planet, or maybe still shaking off the effects of celebrating United’s momentus 20th title win all those months ago, you may have realised a young man named Adnan Januzaj has been causing quite a stir.

Young Adnan has become embroiled in something of a tug of war on the international stage, with England now reportedly wanting the teenage star to represent them- even though he’ll have to wait until he’s been in this country for five years, which will be 2016.

Januzaj has tried to distance himself from the ensuing furore and simply noted his dedication to the United cause:

“At the moment, international football isn’t something that I’ve thought a lot about,” Januzaj is quoted by the Daily Mirror.

“I know that, first, I have to concentrate on what I do for United, because that is the most important part of my career right now.

“I want to play well for United and give everything for my club.”

Many Reds will be hoping Januzaj stays well clear of England as it could probably end in tears for him, but the main focus should be getting him tied down to a long term United deal- his current one runs out in the Summer.
