Screenshot_2014-10-07-00-18-47 Sir Alex Ferguson and Roy Keane’s tempestuous relationship shows no signs of improving with the release of the former United skipper’s new book. Keane lifts the lid on the spat between the two which not only led to his departure from the club but also created a rift that has lasted nearly a decade.

It seems Keane criticised Sir Alex in front of the rest of the squad which inevitably led to his departure, along with a few other things not least the infamous MUTV interview where he lambasted his team mates.

Like most Reds, I find it saddening that one of our biggest ever legends can’t bury the hatchet with our most successful manager. The newspapers are lapping up Keane’s revelations as they did Sir Alex’s last season. Expect this to rumble on and on.
