Luke Shaw may not be fully match fit for today.

United’s trip to Aston Villa sees the Reds looking to make it seven wins on the spin and possibly even put on a performance that pleases Louis Van Gaal.

The euphoria of last week’s demolition of Liverpool is slowly dying down but hopefully there’ll be enough of it left to keep confidence high for the trip to Villa Park.

The injury list at Old Trafford is actually beginning to look almost manageable but there are still enough missing to keep the physios busy.

Angel Di Maria is doubtful to start but could make an appearance from the bench while Daley Blind is still far from making a full recovery, while Marcos Rojo still has a knock and Marouane Fellaini has an illness. Radamel Falcao is fit and could finally make a start- hopefully.

Here’s a possible line up for today’s game:

[4-3-1-2] David De Gea, Rafael Da Silva, Phil Jones, Jonny Evans, Ashley Young, Michael Carrick, Antonio Valencia, Ander Herrera, Wayne Rooney, Radamel Falcao, Robin Van Persie.

hope to herrera start alongside carrick and mata in midfield, with Rooney at the tip of a diamond 4-4-2. with falcao and v.persie upfront..

  4. Ofem Michael Lawrence says:

Man U! If falcao is starting the clash, then he w’ll have to prove himself not only by scoring bot the staminer, acurates passes and fast forwarding and i also think he should be trying long range shooting

  5. kenny says:

Its really weird that in these predicted xi:s there are no Mata, ever. Yet he starts almost every time.
