John_carver_3176964bThe 2014/15 Premier League finally comes to an end with a full list of fixtures at 3pm today. All eyes will be on Hull City v Manchester United and Newcastle v West Ham with either the Tigers or the John Carver’s side facing relegation. If Newcastle lose or draw and Hull can beat United then it would mean that Steve Bruce’s side stay up- somewhat amazingly. The other meaningful fixures involve Everton v Spurs and Stoke v Liverpool, with the North Londoners one point behind Brendan Rodgers men who sit in the Europa League place.

Should both Spurs and Liverpool lose and Southampton beat Manchester City at the Etihad then amazingly Ronaldo Koeman’s men could achieve the unthinkable and leapfrog both to gain fifth place. Southampton have enjoyed a great season under the Dutchman when many pundits predicted they would be facing relegation and making the Europa League would be the icing on the cake.
