United boss set to address the media.

United fans face the prospect of another eighteen months of football under Louis Van Gaal with reports that the Reds boss is determined to see out his contract at the club and the odds reflecting this on betting with Stan James. The Dutchman has been looking for a new house in the area according to the latest reports and despite rumours he’d offered his resignation, the club have moved to deny he’s going anywhere.

Van Gaal is feeling the pressure as fans grow increasingly frustrated with the lackluster football and poor results but for a man who’s been at Bayern Munich and Barcelona it appears he’s willing to handle it.

The Mail notes:

Louis van Gaal is so intent on completing his three-year contract at Manchester United that he is looking for a new home in Cheshire.

Van Gaal’s future remains uncertain asĀ United prepare for Friday’s FA Cup fourth round trip to Derby County, but the 64-year-old is in no mood to quit while he retains the support of Old Trafford chief Ed Woodward.

And Van Gaal has underlined his determination to stay at United by house-hunting with his wife Truus in recent weeks.

What I think everyone is missing is that not one player under Van Gaal has improved. They are all better off without him. Matial, Darmian, Schneiderlin, Memphis (and I could go on and on) were better players in the first five games than they are now. So, keep Van Gaal and this entire squad (and the next $200 million he and Woodward spend) will deteriate to a point of absolurte no return.
