United are lining up a bid for PSG midfielder Marco Verratti according to the latest reports.
The Italian midfielder could be heading to Old Trafford if the French outfit are willing to accept a £79 million bid- a move that’s being backed by Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Manchester United are lining up a giant transfer offer for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti, according to reports in Italy.
Verratti has made 157 appearances for PSG since making his debut for the Ligue 1 outfit in 2012 but the 23-year-old is now being linked with a move to Old Trafford.
Corriere dello Sport suggest the Red Devils are preparing a £79m bid to sign the Italy international, with Jose Mourinho believed to be a big fan.
It’s understood Zlatan Ibrahimovic is keen for his former PSG teammate to move to United with him.
Whether Verratti will be willing to come to United, without Champions League football remains to be seen, but with Ibrahimovic backing the move maybe he can convince his former team mate to join him at Old Trafford. £79 million may seem excessive but the Reds must be prepared to pay a premium if they’re to entice some of the world’s best players without the offer of playing in Europe’s top competition.
