Could 'The New Ronaldinho' be joining the ranks in the Summer?

According to a report in the Telegraph Brazilian midfielder paid a visit to the Theatre of Dreams to witness the last gasp United victory.

wasn’t the only notable figure watching United’s game against Bolton from the stands yesterday.

The Telegraph notes:

“Costa, who left Gremio for Shakhtar Donetsk in a £5m in January 2010, watched ’s clash with Bolton Wanderers on Saturday from the directors’ box.

“The 20-year-old has scored 15 goals in 61 appearances for Shakhtar, who are due to face Barcelona in the Champions League quarter-finals next month, and was a £7m target for United in August 2009 but Gremio rejected attempts to take him to .”

The player dubeed ‘the New Ronaldinho’ is the latest in a  never ending list of youngsters reportedly destined for Old Trafford.

Whether there’s any truth to these rumours remains to be seen but there’s no denying Costa is a huge talent.
