Emma...RFFH Fantasy Girl...

Are you a Sir Alex Ferguson or an Avram Grant? Would you sign Chicharito or Carlton Cole?

Let’s sort out the dunces from the experts…the Red Flag Flying High fantasy football league is here! And we want ALL our readers to take part in the fun!

As I promised last month, I’ve set up a league for Red Flag Flying High where anyone can enter. There’s even  a mystery prize for the winners, but even more importantly a lot of pride is at stake – and it’s time to see if those who know better than Fergie can get their team to the top of our league!

Once you’ve entered, I’ll be giving a weekly update throughout the season on who’s doing well, who’s not doing well, and reminding you all to make your team changes before the next deadline! I know that there’s loads of people who read our site who take part in fantasy football games all over the world. I’m glad that the writers and the readers can join up for a bit of friendly competition, and I’m looking forward to the banter between everyone as the season goes on!

Here’s how to enter:

  • Log on to http://fantasy.premierleague.com and sign up. It’s free, and you’ll be able to pick a squad of 16 players with £100m
  • Once you’ve picked your team, click on the “Leagues” tab, and click “Join a league”. You’ll be asked to enter a code. The code for the Red Flag Flying High league is: 19827-8679
  • That’s all there is to it! You’re in!

You can change your team as many times as you like throughout the pre-season, and during the season you can make one free transfer per game week, and any other transfers only cost you four points. The full rules can be found under the rules tab (believe it or not!) and it’s a really easy, user friendly game to play.

So come on all you reds! Get yourself in! I think I’m gonna win, and I’m a girl!! Can you beat me…the Rampant Redheads?! 😉
