The Real Madrid fanzine, sorry newspaper, has a reputation for bending the truth somewhat when it comes to potential deals for Los Blancos.

The latest headline states that the Spanish giants have agreed a deal with Bale for six seasons, after the Welshman has informed Spurs he wants to leave.

This naturally leaves United out in the cold, or at least it would if any of it were true, but forgive me for being a tad sceptical when it comes to this ‘news.’
