Will the youngster be given another chance?

United travel to Villa Park this afternoon for a game that could prove once and for all whether there really is any fight left in the Reds so-called ‘title race’?

United currently sit in ninth place and the shocking thing is that a loss to Villa would actually see the midlands outfit on the same number of points as the champions.

David Moyes knows that even a draw today would only add more pressure on him, following successive league defeats and a return of just two points out of the last possible 12.

The question is who will Moyes turn to in his darkest hour? Robin Van Persie is injured, as is Michael Carrick, two players the Reds could desperately do with.

Here’s my team for the trip to Villa:

David De Gea, Rafael, Jonny Evans, Chris Smalling, Patrice Evra, Anderson, Phil Jones, Wilfried Zaha, Ashley Young, Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck.

Do you agree? Let us know your team below:
