United look to be on the verge of completing another big name signing this Summer with reports that Barcelona winger Pedro is finally ready to make his move to Old Trafford in £20 million deal.

The Reds have been chasing Pedro for the past few weeks according to reports and the deal is expected to be confirmed any day now.

Pedro would add another attacking dimension to the Reds forward line and could be the final piece of the puzzle as Louis Van Gaal attempts to make a push for the title this season. Some newspapers are reporting the Reds could still be in the hunt for another big name – with Gareth Bale and Sergio Ramos being suggested.

Last Summer’s huge spending spree seems to have whetted the appetite for another one this time round among United fans, but it remains to be seen if Pedro is the last acquisition for LVG this window.
