Fergie not taking Fulham lightly

The United boss held his press conference at Carrington this afternoon.

Sir Alex Ferguson says Rafael wont be fit but Wes Brown and John O’Shea are fit for the game.

Speaking about Fulham Fergie said of Fulham:

“Very difficult to beat no ones beat them by more than a goal if they’ve lost any games.”

When asked about Wayne Rooney’s ban Fergie said:

“Do police actually arrest people for swearing onĀ  a Saturday night? We’re disappointed, but we’ll remain United.

“I feel sorry for Lee Mason because he’s in a difficult position. “

Fergie described Rio Ferdinand as “phenomenal” and also praised his organisational skills particularly in talking Antonio Valencia through his stint at right-back.
