Manchester United have cleaned up at the Premier League Awards, with Sir Alex Ferguson named Manager of the Year and Nemanja Vidic winning Player of the Year.
Both awards will come as no surprise to Reds as with United clinching a record breaking 19th title it was obvious there was only one choice for manager of the year. Vidic can feel hard done by not winning PFA or writers Player of the year as he has been far more consistent than Gareth Bale or Scott Parker who both won those particualr accolades. At least the Premier League got their awards right.
