United’s pre-season tour continues with a match against big spending Chinese side Shangai Shenhua who’ve acquired the Chelsea duo Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka.
Sir Alex Ferguson has promised to give all his players a chance so it’s no surprise to see youngsters getting the opportunity to show what they can do in the first team, albeit against a side, that bar one or two stars isn’t of the very highest standard.
On the pre-season tour so far we’ve seen Bebe save the day, Shinji Kagawa show glimpses of what we can look forward to in the future and the likes of Tyler Blackett and Robbie Brady show they could give Patrice Evra come much-needed back up should Leighton Baines not arrive.
