England were so dominant Ash & Dan had time for a quick game of slapsies

So it seems this horrible nightmare of falling behind in every match still continues.

On Saturday, United fell two goals behind at Villa Park only to come back and win 3-2 in the ‘Javier Hernandez show‘.

The Mexican hitman came from the bench to score a hat-trick and win all 3 points for United (it is a hat-trick until the dubious goals panel tell me otherwise).

The worrying part is that this is the eighth time this season United have won a game after falling behind.

Comeback kings? Yes. Bad for my heart? Yes. Wouldn’t we all prefer to simply not go behind? Sure… I’d also like a supermodel wife but it just isn’t happening.

There were no domestic fixtures this week but a host of pointless international friendlies.

Danny Welbeck played and scored for England in a 4-2 defeat to Zlatan Ibramhimovic. Ashley Young and Tom Cleverley also featured.

Elsewhere, Darren Fletcher got another full 90 minutes under his belt helping him along that path of recovery; Patrice Evra played well as France won away in Italy and Robbie Brady started for the RoI in a defeat against Greece.

To round off the news on an exciting note, new boy Angelo Henriquz marked his senior debut for Chile with a goal. Coming from the bench replacing Alexis Sanches of Barcelona, he scored a very impressive headed goal. One for the future?
