David Moyes will attempt to get Manchester United’s stuttering start to the season on track as the Reds entertain Champions League Group A whipping boys Real Sociedad on Wednesday night. The Spanish outfit have enjoyed an even worse start to the season than United, winning only two games out of nine in La Liga and losing both Champions League games so far.
This is the sort of game where excuses for David Moyes simply won’t be tolerated and considering the United boss rested a decent amount of players on Saturday there’s no where to run for him should the Reds fail to win. Let’s not be negative though, Moyes knows what he’s doing and hopefully his side on Wednesday will reflect that.
Here’s my predicted line up for the Champions League Group A game:
David De Gea, Chris Smalling, Rio Ferdinand, Jonny Evans, Patrice Evra, Michael Carrick, Ryan Giggs, Antonio Valencia, Shinji Kagawa, Danny Welbeck, Wayne Rooney.
Do you agree this will be the United line up? What do you think it should be? Feel free to let us know below:
No valencia, welbeck is useful dude but we must used them in different way. They both got speed and valencia has a plus point too he defence well. As for fellaini he need time to adapt is big team style play.
For today champion league match.
Degea
rafa,vidic,evans,evra or buttner. (In defence)
valencia,rooney(as winger right,left respectively)
carrick,cleversly(central midfield)
kagawa(behind striker)
chicharito.
Sub coming
van persie
januzaj
welbeck.
Despite his monumental success SAF, as with every other manager out there, has had his share of howlers, Moyes could well turn out to be his biggest. Giving a guy a chance is one thing watching him trying to defend a 1-0 lead from just past half time at home is a totally different thing altogether.. As sure a sign of weakness as you’ll ever see.
