Anderson

Has Ando shown enough in the reserves to prove he's more than ready for the big games?

Oliver Norwood bagged a brace as United’s reserves beat Everton on Wednesday night at Moss Lane, but it was the impressive showing of Anderson which caught the eye of many in attendance.

The Brazilian’s ability has never really been in question, it’s doubts surrounding his fitness and determination that have left some Reds not fully convinced.

While a decent hour long display is hardly likely to prove Anderson is about to set the world alight, it does show he’s getting his match sharpness back and could well be ready for the tough games United have coming up. Anderson has now played three games in succession- two for the reserves and an outing against Fulham for the first team, so it seems his fitness is more than adequate.

The reserves have extended their run to one loss in 19 games and look on course to win Northern Group A.

United: Devlin; W.Brown (Vermijl 46), Dudgeon, Wootton, Gill; R.Brown, Norwood, Anderson (Brady 63); Bebe, King, Obertan (Petrucci 66). Subs not used: Johnstone, Ekangamene.

i just dont understand why he cant shoot like that for the first team
i mean in the first team his passing is there but when it comes to shooting i dont know what happens to him, i mean those two shots that he took were very good and much harder than the shot he had against fulham when he hit it way wide
