David Beckham

Becks- still a Red.

You can say what you like about David Beckham but there’s no denying he’s still a massive United fan.

The former England skipper was giving his take on Manchester City’s recent rise and wasn’t shy in showing his Red affiliations.

Beckham said: “They’re [City] bringing good players in, they’ve got strong people with a lot of money behind them as a club, so they’re going to improve,” he said.

“They’ve got great players in the team, but they are never going to be Man United, I have always said that.

“They might be a threat against teams this season and seasons to come, but Manchester United have got the history and silverware over the last 20 years.

“I’m a Man United fan, I’m always going to say that, there’s only one team in Manchester but Man City, I’m sure, will be a team to look at going forward.”

I’m sure many United fans would agree.
