Emma...RFFH Fantasy Girl...

Well, week one has been and gone, and our Fantasy Football league is off to a flyer!  I’m sure many people picked big names, for their teams, but it was some of the not so popular players who picked up the best points this week.

City’s newest star since the last one, Sergio Aguero scored the highest total of the week with 15 points, closely followed by Gary Cahill of Bolton, the defender who kept a clean sheet and scored a screamer against QPR in a 4-0 drubbing!

It’s free transfers all round this weekend, so make the most of getting your team up to scratch if you’ve had a poor first week!

The stars of our league this week are as follows:

Pangazako, managed by Dumiso Chakhumbira tops the Red Flag Flying High league, with 80 points!  His key men were Wayne Rooney who, as captain, scored him 18 points with a fine goal, and Gary Cahill – as mentioned above.  Shay Given kept a clean sheet for him and Luis Suarez got a goal too, after hitting the moon with a penalty against Sunderland.

Nomadic Athletic, managed by Dave Nicholls are in second spot with 75 points, alongside Haze’s Hammers (Jeff Haesemeyer) and Ramadan Stars (Mashkur Ibn).

A big well done to all those at the top of the table for week one!

You can still join the RFFH fantasy football league by visiting http://fantasy.premierleague.com and entering the code 19827-8679.

Good luck to everyone in week two!
