The midfielder is not part of Moyes’s plans and will be sold in the next transfer window.

 bosses are desperate to get him off the wage bill – and Starsport understands United will listen to offers in the region of £8m for the 25-year-old.

A club source said: “ isn’t up to the standards required. He just hasn’t fulfiled his potential. If someone makes a decent bid for him in January he will be sold.”
