David Moyes takes his side to the Stadium of Light today aiming to avoid a third successive league defeat for the first time since the 2001/02 season.

With Ferdinand and Anderson rumoured to be the two first team players left behind, Moyes will no doubt have a different starting eleven to the one that lost at Old Trafford to West Bromwich Albion last week.
