United boss set to address the media.

Louis Van Gaal will address the media later this afternoon at the Reds press conference at Carrington ahead of this Saturday’s Southampton game. One of the first talking points is expected to be January transfers and whether United are looking to add to the squad during the current window.

Reports this morning suggest the United hierarchy are reluctant to hand Van Gaal another transfer kitty with severe doubts over whether he’ll still be the manager past this Summer. So far the board have backed Van Gaal to the hilt allowing him to bring in several big money stars including the likes of record signing Angel Di Maria, Summer marquee signing Memphis Depay not to mention Anthony Martial whose fee could rise to upwards of £50 million if reports are true.

Despite a morale boosting win at Anfield last weekend the Reds have been unimpressive over the past few weeks and Sunday’s win was only their second in nine league games.

The manager’s press conference takes place at 1.30pm and will be aired on MUTV at 2pm.

Pls, Van Gal should be made to understand that, football is not a sedentary game. I hate seeing Van Gal stuck to a seat while, we are loosing a game, or are not playing well. In my little knowledge of football, l want to empirically assert that, football is 90% a mobile venture, which requires both the players and manager alike, to be on their feet in the course of executing a game. This act will avail the manager the opportunity of calling his players to make adjustments/readjustments in areas he finds out that, the players are falling short of expectation. The game we drew against Newcastle United was an appalling case in numerous others. I want to humbly plead with the Board of ManU to urgently relief LVG of his duty, if he is not ready to get up on his feet. He is damn fucking too boring to my liking. What a sedentary philophy!
