I'll get away with it, I play for Chelsea

How many more hits can any club endure before you begin to question the very fabric of our footballing establishment?

Sunday’s game at the Emirates was yet another example of why it’s become increasingly obvious the FA are determined United will not beat the lovable, media friendly scousers to that 19th title.

Michael Owen gets his achilles practically detatched from his leg a mere three yards from referee Chris Foy in the 88th minute at the Emirates yet the Merseyside born official fails to see it.

A day earlier a linesman doesn’t see Frank Lampard’s shot beat Tottenham ‘keeper Gomes, yet he pretends that he does. Then the other linesman in that game cannot see Salomon Kalou is a yard offside for the winner.

Go back a few more months and Martin Atkinson fails to send off David Luiz for a second yellow card who subsequently earns a penalty that wins Chelsea the game against United. Did I mention the fact that John Terry committed a blatant handball in the area that went unpunished?

Go back even further Fulham are awarded a last minute penalty against Chelsea and Didier Drogba is three yards in the box when Clint Dempsey misses but the referee allows the miss to stand.

Jamie Carragher savages Nani enough to knock on the changing room door and apologise.

Michael Essien commits a red card tackle on Jermaine Pennant and doesn’t even get booked.

Don’t even get me f*cking started on the inconsistencies of f*cking sweargate.

Last season, it has been argued by some  that, Steven Gerrard gave away the title on purpose and was rewarded with the England captaincy for the world cup. Oh and Didier Drogba was awarded an offside goal to make sure Chelsea won the title with a win at Old Trafford.

Go on then tell me I’m wrong………..

It’s quite shocking to read this, it took me 7 minutes to find a mank blog or forum and this is what i find? are you guys serious, the biggest club in the world and virtually invisible on the internet! england might be developed but manchester is third world city in every sense of the world, u guys can’t even make a decent blog let alone argument. pathetic

    • I'm a cockney soft twat says:

MancyWanky. 3rd world city, behave you southern c*nt. It took you 7 minutes did it, dont flatter yourself, two jerks and a… you feckin wanker!

  2. Imbacc says:

You insufferable prig. United get more calls in their favour than any ten teams do collectively.

You conveniently ignore the facts like Vidic should have been sent of for a blatant hand ball let alone the crass tackle on Wilshere early in the first half.

And what about Evra mugging Wilshere in the middle of the park in the first half and Foy did nothing. I am glad Jack went after the scumbag on the way down the tunnel at halftime.

The fact that the diving cheat Owen didn’t win a penalty is somehow rough justice to a team that has been in the graces of the FA and the Premier League for far too long.

So take those devilish red tinted glasses and shove them.

  3. RedScot says:

It was a poor game in my opinion like the other “semi finalists” in the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE CUP,we looked tired and almost on burn out!The four of the teams as you know took a beaten this weekend,Barcelona, Real Madrid and 04Schalke, shit happens! Its what happens when you are fighting on two fronts, the only “team” in the Premiership doing so!
That aside who would not take this situation as it stands still United’s to lose or win, we are in the driving seat. With “correct” calls from the officials against our historically of the last 6 years challengers Chelsea, not the Arsenal.Arsenal played a good game, no doubt with nothing to play for other than pride.Having beaten United for the first time in 7 meetings, you would think they had won the Premiership! No you have just beaten, the Premiership league winners elect?
Ps I think a lot of the Arsenal lads(on this forum) do not appreciate, they key points in the article written are directed towards officials(+Stevie Starfish) mistakes in key games concerning Chelsea. Its called fulcrum moments in a season, that define the 9 months work, the players have put in for the fans. Particularly at the ‘buisness’end of the season.
Let next Sunday at the Theatre of Dreams decide the title fairly, bye the 22 players on the park, with no influence from officials to miss call, key match winning decisions.
Video Technology would be great, most certainly for when the ball crosses the line. Its either a goal or it is not, it cant be guessed, the costs are huge, not only financially for the clubs concerned….The difference between promotion, relegation, Champions league qualification or Europa league entrance. Each in there own way, worth Millions of Pounds.
However I digress, it was a sore one to take yesterday, but we move on, and trust the greatest ever Premiership manager can rejuvenate the players for Wedensday and get United to a Champions league final again!.Which in my opinion will motivate the lads to put the Chelsea to the sword next Sunday and return the Premiership cup to its home for the 12th time in Sir Alexs reign and the 19th we all crave for and desire.
It aint done, its just a setback, not critical.

None of the Arsenal fans posting here will argue that Chelsea got a couple of “lucky” breaks against Spurs. However, we would point out that Man U have received their fair share of “lucky” breaks in this season and previous seasons. In fact, some would argue that Man U have received more than their fair share. [It is not without significant justification that added time in Man U matches is called Fergie Time.]

Most non-Man U fans would take your complaints seriously if it were not for the fact that you appear to be incapable of acknowledging that your team has benefited disproportionately from dubious calls.

    • RedScot says:

Where in my post mate, did I say we did not get our fair shout on dubious calls.
The subject is key games with Chelsea, not Arsenal, are not our main rivals for the Premiership crown.Chelsea are, with the greatest respect, I suggest you read the article again.
Its reference points are Saloman Kalou, pass to Didier Drogba last season at Old Trafford, Simon Beck the linesman was in clear vision of Drogba. He failed to give the offside.2additional points to one yard goalside of the United line.Chelsea, if it had not been for the goal United would have drawn. You will recall Chelsea won the Premiership last season bye 1 point…..Yes?
Stevie Gerrard in the 33rd minute “did” deliberately pass the ball a full 40 yards back to Pepe Reinia, a veiled attempt at a unrequired gift to Chelsea, with Drogba convienently waiting to put Chelsea 1 nil up to into half time like so.Shameless Dippers.

  5. GoonerDave says:

Sorry, but ask any fan from any club other than ManU about who gets the decisions, and they will all say Man United.
As for the game yesterday, United created very little, and got what they deserved. Should also count themselves lucky Vidic is available against Chelsea.
Was Michael Owen even onside when Clichy tackled him?
Arsenal for once defended well, and our midfield was more industrious and creative than Uniteds.
By the way, if you think youre being robbed now, you might want to give the CL final a miss, assuming you meet Barca. Because they will do everything they can to cheat.

    • RedScot says:

More so than any other? Why is this, because United gets more television exposure, media write ups, analysized everywhere! Its the biggest Club in the World, its bound to happen.
“By the way, if you think youre being robbed now, you might want to give the CL final a miss, assuming you meet Barca. Because they will do everything they can to cheat.”
Like you should have given the Carling cup a miss against the relegation threatened Birmingham eh?

      • LondonGooner says:

What has the Carling Cup final got to do with the comment made about Barcelona cheating Utd in the CL final, providing you qualify? Was there any need for it? Fact is, this is the most childish, whining post ever and you are defending it, which makes you an even bigger prat than the author. Utd didn’t do Arsenal any favours yesterday, we took everything we needed from the game and there was nothing Utd could do about it. As for Arsenal being a loser club, does 2 doubles and and unbeaten season in recent memory not count as success? Try asking the other 90 clubs in the professional game in the England if it isn’t? I would rather be a well run club than a debt loaded one which spends £36 million on trash like Carrick and Anderson. Your puerile childish post only serves to highlight how immature you are and how you are unable to post a rational, fact based argument. You have proved you are nothing more than a typical Manc, over opinionated and with an over inflated sense of entitlement. The real joke is you cannot see the irony in Mancs complaining about poor refereeing decisions. Laughable, just like your posts.

        • RedScot says:

Have you read anything I have written?Or are you just basically stupid?Re read the things I wrote, you might learn, although I suspect not!
The article was not about Arsenal…..You represent no challenge to United…..Nothing!The debating points as I highlighted that the Editor brought up were related to Chelsea incidents!”As for Arsenal being a loser club, does 2 doubles and and unbeaten season in recent memory not count as success”
          My point exactly……History.
You see I am probably younger than you, I state facts I dont start throwing personal insults about.
I can if you wish? You will lose there also…Trust me.
No be a good little boy, and go and play with your Lady Arse….elsewhere.
I have work to do, and you are wasting my time.

  6. RedScot says:

The best thing I can think of regards yesterdays result, it probably saved Arsene Wengers Arse,(BUTT,not Arsenal) from being booted long and far from the Emirates.
Hopefully the ever “hopefull” Gooners have him in charge of their loser club for at least another two years.
Soon we will be getting a flag on the Stretford end, re Arsenal tick tock……6 gone! Keep Arsene for another two years it will be 8.
    Tick Tock Gooners.
    LMAO.

  7. Denise Williams says:

Michael Owen did not dive so how is he a cheat? Filthy vile scouser Imbacc. Gooner Dave yes Owen was onside so it was still a penalty.

  8. GoonerDave says:

    Not following your point RedScot-
What do Barcas diving/feigning injury tactics have to do with the Carling Cup final?
    Bit of a pointless response.
    Lemons for breakfast?
At least try to make a valid point. Otherwise you just end up looking immature and bitter.
But of course, Im sure you have realised that by now.
Great, great win for us yesterday.
    Im absolutely delighted.
Make all the inane comments you like, all its doing is helping us Gooners to savour the victory and enjoy it all the more.

    • RedScot says:

I hope you meet a in form Stoke on Sunday, you do know they gave Bolton a mighty thrashing recently right? How did you get on with them last time you played Bolton…..remind us Gooner?
The point you miss totally, because your a bit slow on the uptake, United dont see Arsenal as a threat! The article was not about your wee bit of Glory Gooner, it was about our main comeptition….Chelsea.Does that ring true?

      • LondonGooner says:

You are a tragically sad and bitter little boy. How old are you? 14? 15? Grow up sunshine, you’re embarrassing yourself and fellow Mancs. Still, you’ll probably appreciate these posts more when your b*ll*cks drop.

        • RedScot says:

And you are a “troll” your point is?
I am Embarassing the Gooners! lol….With detail

        • ScotchEggsRule says:

So you don’t deny you are waiting for your bollocks to drop? Fair enough, then I know what level I need to bring myself down to discuss football with you as you are clearly 14 years old and act like it. You are embarrassing no one but yourself, re read your posts. The only person here who started trolling was you and you alone, everyone else responded to it. You are clearly to much of a pathetic unloved and possibly molested little boy to realise how much pity, everyone here has for you. It’s not that they are interested in you or what you say, just feeling sorry for you. You know, like the special kid at a school athletics day “Awwww well done for competing”…….

  9. fergsred says:

This is embarrassing, you sound like a bitter blue, or an idiotic scouse. There is no conspiracy, things like this happen in football. Yes occasionally we will be used as an example, however unfair this is, it can be taken as a compliment as it proves us to be one of the biggest teams in England. They want to issue a statement of intent over certain rules (sweargate, or fergies ban) so they murder us with their punishments. If they did that to a lower team like stoke, nothing would be made of it. But because of our placement high up in the media spot light, we have to be as perfectly professional as possible. SO we can start by stopping this long winded conspiracy theory against the F.A and show us as supporters being modest and not bitter. People like you give us the same name we give to scousers and cityboys. Stop it.

    • RedScot says:

Its a forum, if you dont like it dont participate mate, its easy as.Chillax.Its a bit fun, winding up the Gooners.
Jaysus speak about the “Internet police” and they appear.

  10. RockyLives says:

This is a spoof piece, right?

Come on, seriously, it’s a spoof. It must be!

Very funny though mate – much respect – top quality irony.
